This budget hotel is well-managed with fair priced rooms and stunning mall views from some of the rooms. the location near the mall in the city center is perfect for getting around and exploring Malang. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well maintained with great showers. the friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast has a good variety.
The car park is limited, so it can be challenging to find a parking spot.

The hotel rooms were well-designed, with nice decor and comfortable twin beds. The air conditioning and shower facilities worked well, and the TV offered good channels. The location was convenient because it was near street vendors who served delicious food, even though the roads were busy.
The hotel was not properly cleaned, and there was mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom area. Ants frequently crawled through the windows, and the bed linens were dirty.

The pool was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with information about nearby attractions. the hotel is located in an area with easy access to various shops and restaurants, which was a plus. the room had a balcony that offered a great view of the surrounding area.
The room was not well cleaned prior to our arrival and had a musty smell. the bedding and towels were also old and worn out.
